Oak Terrace Apartments (Boston Chinatown) is seeking candidates for three (3) temporary full-time Assistant Access Coordinator positions. The property consists of 88 units of family and elderly housing based in the Chinatown area of Boston. These positions will begin in July 2017 will last approximately 3 months while construction is in process. Work hours will vary based on the construction schedules. Responsibilities include facilitating unit access for the General Contractor, subcontractors and other personnel during the renovations of the residential units. The role will also serve as the resident’s point of contact for information about the renovation program and to convey resident issues and concerns to the General Contractor and other appropriate staff. Previous experience in property management, access coordination, or relocation experience is plus. Excellent customer service, communication, attention to details and follow-through skills are required. Bilingual in English/Cantonese or Mandarin is a plus.
