Req: 5782  Production Scheduler/Expeditor 1 – Weekend Day Shift

 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY: Performs planning and scheduling functions involved with coordinating products and materials through various production phases. Implements planned production schedules, labor loading and capacity requirements 50. Lbs. Reviews schedules to determine materials and parts requirements to ensure materials are available according to schedules.

B shift weekend shift Friday through Sunday + alternate Thursdays 6:00 A.M  to 6:00 P.M

Will mainly be responsible for kitting and releasing work orders to the factory floor.  80% of the time will be spent working in a clean room environment.

Req: 8522 Facilities Technician

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY: Maintains and repairs the facility’s structure, equipment and grounds, including plumbing, electrical and HVAC. Performs skilled trades work, such as carpentry or painting in the construction, repair or alteration of structures such as walls, roofs or office fixtures. Works with manufacturing or process engineering in the installation or repair of building plumbing and wiring required in the production process. Makes periodic or special inspections of the premise to determine repair work necessary. Works from blueprints, drawings or rough sketches.

Req: 16161  Senior PCB/IC Substrate Designer

Candidates will be responsible for design and layout of complex RF test boards and multi-chip module substrates for IC packages according to established company DFM/DFA and industry standards.  Position requires remotely interfacing with domestic and international design engineering teams, in multiple design centers, across multiple time zones.   Designers will be fully responsible for all aspects of project management, including, project planning, working with engineers to identify scope of project, design and layout of PCBs, validating designs, deliverables, and creation of manufacturing and assembly documentation within the required cycle time per company and program requirements.

Other responsibilities will include loading of project data into document control system, providing peer reviews, and mentoring junior designers as needed.  Some night and weekend work may be required.

Experience Required:

  • 5+ years of experience with PCB layout and design of RF, analog, and mixed signal PCBs using Cadence Allegro version 16.X.  Must be proficient with all aspects of Cadence Allegro tool, including use of constraint manager and manufacturing functions, as well as padstack and library symbol creation.
  • 5+ years of experience using a schematic/netlist driven CAD layout process, including use of LVS verification.  Knowledge of Agilent ADS is highly desirable.
  • Solid design experience with HDI stackups, including use of blind/buried micro vias and specialty RF dielectric materials, and trace width/spacing down to 2/2 or below.
  • In-depth knowledge of RF PCB layout techniques, including impedance control and EMI design considerations.
  • 5+ years of experience using a CAM package for manufacturing data validation.  Knowledge CAM350 is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of JEDEC /IPC design, fabrication, and assembly specifications.
  • Experience creating assembly documentation and fabrication deliverables per detailed company and industry standards.
  • Experience with SAP or Agile document control systems.
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD.  Must be able to import, modify and export DXF PCB outline data.
  • Working knowledge of ASME Y14.5.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft office.
  • Knowledge of Cadence APD, wireless semiconductor industry, semiconductor packaging, and microelectronic assembly processes is highly desirable.

Education Required:

  • An AS in electronics, or, a 2-year technical certificate with in-depth knowledge of analog and digital circuit theory, or, 10+ years of equivalent industry experience.  A BSEE or BSEET is preferred.
