Location: Boston/Newton Center/Waltham/Needham Heights
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Process teller transactions.
Maintain and balance a cash drawer.
Provide outstanding customer service.
Utilizes sales techniques to recognize the needs of our customers and prospects and offer solutions.
Meet or exceed individual teller incentive goals.
Contribute to the overall branch goals in sales and service.
Follows all bank policies and procedures including security of the banks assets to minimize exposure.
Basic knowledge of bank products and services.
Maintains confidentiality of bank records and customer information.
Job Specifications (Skills, Knowledge and Abilities Required)
Minimum six months cash handling.
Retail Sales and Customer Service Experience.
Good listening and verbal communication skills.
Decision and judgment making skills.
Detail oriented and organizational skills.
Prompt and reliable attendance.
Enthusiastic, goal oriented and customer focused.
High School diploma or GED required.
Computer experience and familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Perform all duties in compliance with BSA/AML regulations.
