In print since 1972, SAMPAN is published biweekly by the AACA, and is distributed free-of-charge throughout New England.

Today, Sampan continues to be the only comprehensive chronicle of local issues and events impacting Asian American and immigrant communities. Sampan is the only printed voice in both Chinese and English.

​

Devoted to providing education and advocacy, Sampan covers topics that are usually overlooked by the mainstream press, such as key immigration legislation, civil rights, housing, education, and employment.

​

These issues are crucial to the well-being of immigrants and low-income families as well as individuals who are not proficient in the English language.​

 

Now online, the Sampan website offers content around the clock.
